PHD24 Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected via the PHD24 website (including phd24.co.uk and related staging sites) and related contact channels, including forms that email leads@phd24.co.uk.

Data we collect

We may collect:

1. Identity and contact data you submit (name, phone, email, postcode, subject, message), including Games Room feedback, game ideas, and newsletter sign-ups.
2. Technical data needed to run the site securely and reduce spam (for example a hashed IP address, browser type, form timing, and server logs). Callback requests may include a record that you confirmed the phone number shown before we contacted you.
3. Communication records when you email or call us.

Form submissions are also stored in a secure interactions register on our servers (in addition to email notification to our leads inbox) so we can respond and improve the site.

How we use it

1. To respond to enquiries and arrange call-outs or quotes.
2. To provide and improve our plumbing, heating and drainage services.
3. To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. To detect and limit abusive or automated form submissions (legitimate interests).
5. Where you opt in (“stay in the loop”), to send occasional useful emails from PHD24.

We do not sell your personal data.

Depending on context: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), performance of a contract (providing services you request), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the website and email (for example email delivery providers), under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep enquiry and job-related data for as long as needed to handle your request, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes — then delete or anonymise it.
